RESPONSIBILITIES
To execute all approved requests whether support ticket and make sure solutions and new setups are executed properly according to the Service Legal Agreement (SLA)
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma degree (D3) : Computer engineering, Information Technology/Computer Science, Electrical engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in technical support area or operational
- Strong technical knowledge of computer and hardware equipment
- Have good knowledge of operating system and networking system
- Have good analytical and communication skill
- Proficient in English (passive)
