- Monitor daily operations process, ensure it is running smoothly in order to meet service commitment and customer requirements
- Conduct and guide the development and implementation of operational strategies, in order to improve the effectiveness and productivity on customer service
- Research and analyze each situation thoroughly, to ensure information to the customer is accurate, complete, and timely
- Identify operational issues and propose for improvement, in order to ensure company refinement
- Monitor overall responsibility of team composition in CS team, in order to ensure each personnel’s work productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder, from any majors
- Has experience in managing CS team as Supervisor for min. 3 years
- Possess strong communication skills in email, face-to-face conversation and calls
- Strong problem solving skills and logical thinking
- Good leadership skills, driven and motivated
