Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Recruitment, Retention, Turn Over of ICs
 - Manage assets and 3PL vendors related matters
 - Identify and resolve any possible risks and obstacles regarding Fleet Region
 - Develop strategies to continuously improve in Fleet Region sub-function
 - Submit thorough report regularly on relevant matters of Fleet
 - Track and evaluate the progress of any adjustments made within the department
 
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience related to massive hiring is preferable
 - Creative thinking / out-of-the-box approach in tackling tasks
 - Detail oriented and meticoulous
 - Good English level
 - Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and third parties
 - Proactive and able to use initiative
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 - Excellent organizational skills
 - Good time management skills and ability to multitask
