RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and analyse data and information to identify business opportunities, include but not limited to:
Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data. - Collaborate with other department to implement effective process flow system
- Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance
- Work closely with Supply Chain Manager to achieve outcomes based on company goals, and help foster trusting relationships with business partners
- Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements, and develop requirements and standards along the way
- Collaborate with the commercial, operations, data, and product team to affect improvement on Cost-to-Serve, Time-to-Serve, and Inventory visibility accuracy
- Continuous periodic reports on key findings and assessments
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year as an analyst in a professional setting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Database query skill is an advantage.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to sit in front of a computer for many hours a day
- Willing to work in Warehouse at Taman Tekno BSD
