Deskripsi Pekerjaan
SPV HRD:
Supporting and updating a business unit on all employee relation matters (controlling and evaluating the implementation of company rules in accordance with labor regulation and salary)
Understand the overall company strategy in order to determine the human capital needs of the organization
Link between HR to goverment policy and establishing Human Resources Management System
To Provide HR advice and support to manages and staff on a wide range of strategic and operational issues
Finance Manager:
Managing the finance and accounting
Coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial estimates
Prepare monthly, annual financial reports and tax reporting on timr and accurately
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Manage or comply with tax reporting requirements
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies
Syarat Pekerjaan
SPV HRD:
bachelor of HR Management/ Law/ Psychology with GPA of 3.00
Can speak Mandarin/ english (Active)
It is estimated that more than 5 years of work experience in the related field for this position
Team players, able to work under pressure
Having good interpersonal and communication skills
Analytic, good listener, dynamic, and well organized
Experiences in system planning and HR policies
Strong personality
Finance Manager:
Min. S1 Finance/ Accounting
Male/Female, age max 35 years old
Minimum 3 years work experience as finance and accounting manager
Can speak Mandarin/ English (Active)
Understand the financial and tax processes
Having a leader spirit and having high commitment and integrity
Able to work under pressure, honest, decisive, thorough, responsible and discipline
Having the ability to analyze financial statements and provide appropiate input to the Board of Directors
Communicative and able to work independently and in teams with minimun supervision
