Job Description
- Project management, lead and assist in the planning and implementation of various projects (mainly Operations and/or Product Development) in Shopee
- Draw up the project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline.
- Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks and resources
- Ensure that every parties involved in the projects are doing their part timely and accurately
- Ensure that the project status, issues or changes made are communicated to internal and external
- stakeholders and appropriate parties and documented appropriately
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in Project Management, current and ex-consultants from the big 4 companies or banking or e-commerce are preferred
- Experience in managing expectations and communicating with stakeholders and handling various business process related projects
- Certification in Project Management preferred
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal format
- Able to work effectively and efficiently towards goals in a complex and diverse environment.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Must have interest and passion in the e-commerce industry
