Job Description
A 4,5-month-development program dedicated for fresh graduates to be our next coordinator through several times of On The Job Training and In Class Training. This program is designed for 3 functions, Sales, Underwriting and Account Receivable (AR).
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from reputable university (open for all major)
- Min. 1 year experienced in sales/insurance
- GPA min. 2,75
- Max. 27 years old
- Fresh graduates or max. 2 years of working experiences
- Experience in organization is more prefered (min. as coordinator)Willing to be located throughout Indonesia is a MUST
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
