Education Requirement: Bachelor
- Manage category search operations to optimize the search result accuracy and increase in click-through rate.
- Manage campaign operation including mega campaign category campaign, brand bazaar, product launches ensuring that platform can achieve the target set.
- Work directly with the team and marketing channels to drive a proper marketing plan to increase unique visitor & click-through rate.
- Combining past performance & market trends to drive insights applicable for running a campaign.
- Working closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales.
- 6+ years of experience, consist of Electronics or eCommerce exposure.
- Highly energetic and self-motivated.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent English in written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge about online marketing channels and how to tap new customers online.
- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
- Creative mindset.
