RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads, manages and controls all aspects on construction process. He/She will lead project leaders to manage the project. He/she will also responsible to cooperate with all related parties, including others department and division before, during, and after the construction period.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree or higher, with strong background in structure or comes from Civil Engineering/Architecture Engineering
- 8 – 10 years experience working as a project management, construction management consultant or contractor
- Advance computer application: Microsoft Office application, AutoCAD, SAP, or ETABS (preferable)
- Good design skill, good ability to read technical drawing
- Thorough and precise detail check manner
- Possesses strong leadership
- Proficient in English
