- Manage the relationship between Lazada and key brand partners
- Hunting brands independently to be onboard in Lazada
- Maintain and improve business fundamentals to maximize business growth
- Align with various internal functions to execute projects with brand partners
- Lead both internal and external initiatives to achieve a breakthrough in the online retail market
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university, Business or Engineering major preferred
- Experience as a buyer or merchandiser in the Retail ecosystem is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the commercial field or equivalent post-graduate education
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa is highly preferred
- Exceptional negotiations, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to changes in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with high ownership and responsibility
