Job Description
- Content creation including writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels.
- Working with all related internal and external stakeholders for content creation and conduct regular monitoring of progress and implementation of corrective actions.
- Supervise and control the process and allocated budget to ensure delivery as per commitments. Engage with critical stakeholders on innovation process efficiency by sharing learnings and improvements
- Social media marketing including creating, managing and growing the DIGITAL BANKING’ presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other strategically relevant online properties.
- Minute-by-minute participation in conversations that surround content and brand, answer comments, be a mediator.
- Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding DIGITAL BANKING, report to appropriate parties.
- Optimizing tags on feeds, sharing sites and search engines through copywriting and creative and keyword optimization.
- Oversee functionality of the company social media channels and content management system on a day-to-day basis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Involvement in digital creative industry, millennials’ communities, and movie / publishing companies are added bonus
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in brand marketing / digital content making / publishing.
- Demonstrate excellent taste on creating or curating multiple types of content, and are well connected to various communities / media
- Have experience of market research and branding guidelines and strategies
- Have experience of working in the media (magazines, digital portal), brand and creative agency would be an advantage
- Fluent in English for verbal and written
