Syarat Pekerjaan
Customer Service:
- Provide the best service to customers
- Renew ship schedule per week
- Confirm trucking & customer requirements for container arrangements
- Make the actual data to be sent to consignee
- Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Recommend services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem,
- selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure solution
- Keep the records of customers interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Excellent communication and preparation skills
- Ability to multi-task, detail, prioritize and manage time effectively
Marketing Supervisor (Export & Import):
- Male/female, min. 35 years old
- Min. 8 years working experience in Shipping Line
- Understand about shipping lines Southeast Asia, USA & Europe
- Understand export and import
- Negotiating shipping rates with carriers, shipping lines or airlines
- Maintaining reguler contact with carriers, shipping lines or airlines
- Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently
- Managing daily shipping arrangement
- Good proficiency in English both spekaing and writing
- Having a good communication skills
- Think wisely to make a decision
- Meeting or exceeding all performance goals
- Work close with operations and CS team smooth and efficient
- Creativity, good organization and planning skills
