Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Executive Secretary:
Word processing and filing: organizing and maintaining information
Multitasking and ability to prioritaze tasks to ensue most urgent are performed first
Ability to prepare document for pre-qualification Tender or Tender specialist
Assist executives in managing their time for meetings, travel etc.
Managing personal errands of board of Directors
Answer Incoming phone calls for executives
Organizing meetings
Drafting letters in English and proofreading for grammar/ punctuation/ spelling
Preparing proposals, letters & presentations in English
Ability to do simple marketing

Accounting Assistant & HR:
Able to do accounting job and taxation
Recruiting and staffing logistics
Organizational and space planning
Performance management and improvement systems
Organization development
Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
Employee orientation, development and training
Policy development and documentation
Employee relations
Company wide comittee facilitation
Company employee communication
Compensation and benefits administration
Employee safety, welfare, welness and health
Employee services and counseling

Syarat Pekerjaan

Executive Secretary:
Female, max age 40 years old
Minimum D3 from reputable secretarial academy
Have minimum 1 year experiences as a Secretary
Prefer art least to have a Shipping/ Oil & Gas work experience
Must at least have a Tender Preparation background
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Able to speak and write Mandarin is preferable
Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Smart, independent, highly self motivated person, good attitude & teamwork, good communication
Will be stationed in Central and North Jakarta area

Accounting Assistant & HR:
Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university, Accountant degree is preferable
Min. 1 year experience in Finance & Accounting fielad, preferable having experience in Shipping or Logistics company
Min. 1 year experience in HR
Having knowledge in MYOB (or equivalent) Accounting Software
Having knowledge in Taxes (PPh, PPN, Audit)
Having knowledge in employee procedure (Jamsostek, income tax, etc)
Having experinece in handling General Ledger
Willing to work with minimum supervision, good team work, ability to work under pressure, self motivation and flexible to work within a group or individual
Good filing system
Good communication skill
Computer literate
Fluent in English both spoken and written
