Job Description

1. Work on a project basis to develop and execute initiatives to grow our business as well as managing day to day operations to operate campaigns that related to Flash Sale.
2. Understand and identify business pain points and translate them into a new opportunity for the team.
3. Drive high-impact projects that could lead to user activation, engagement, and conversion strategies.
4. Work closely with Commercial (sales), Marketing, & Seller Engagement teams to plan, develop, and execute the projects that related to Flash Sale across online and offline channels.
5. Lead the team for a bi-monthly campaign that would collaborate with various departments across the company, and execute it in a timely manner.
