Job Description
- Develop and implement best practices for all Lazada’s advertising product to drive consistently strong ROI for advertisers
- Identify and develop growth to increase revenue and performance
- launch successful advertising strategies through insights and case studies
- Analyze account performance to identify, recommend and implement optimization techniques and strategies to meet goals and expectations
- Identify opportunities to improve Lazada’s advertising product based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products
- Work with solutions support, product and technology teams to identify and solve issues blocking performance
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Online Marketing / Seller Operations roles with a focus on data analysis required. Previous experience in display / paid search marketing preferred
- Experience in advertising or traffic monetization strategy is strongly preferred
- Strong project management, problem solving and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with ability to engage and influence senior management
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a large organization
- Relevant work experience in a highly quantitative, analytical, and results-driven environment
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Fluent in English
