- Develop and manage Digital Banking Value Proposition for Jenius consumer customers.
- Lead respective squad and ensure achievement of delivery based on quality, timeline and budget.
- Monitoring and reporting on product performance.
- Continuously improving solutions according customer’s requirements.
- Ensure positive working climate.
- Coordinate with other respective units / partners to ensure product delivery.
- Bachelor/Master degree from top university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in Retail Banking.
- In particular, 3 years of experience in the design, monitoring and delivery process of retail banking products.
- Strong service experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital banking (online and mobile apps, multi-function ATMs, etc.)
- IT savvy candidates are preferable.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
