Job Description
- Provide technical and operations support to customers and internal development teams
- Organize multiple production issues, customer requests and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
- Gather information independently, carry out necessary research and provide an in-depth analysis to resolve production issues.
- Provide a concrete explanation of resolutions to issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Operations and Infrastructure support for Java, API, Web services based applications is a must
- Good understanding of end-to-end infrastructure components viz. load balancers, GTMs, LTMs, HA Proxies, Web and Application Servers, Database servers
- Proficiency in capturing and analysis of systems performance attributes such as response time, throughput, garbage collection analysis and so forth
- Ability to create basic Bash scripting as needed
- Proficient in GNU/Linux environment
- Background in on premise infrastructure and virtualization and provisioning.
- Good knowledge and experience of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Selenium
- Ability to provide technical and operations support to customers and internal development teams
- Understanding of cloud based infrastructure deployments (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS)
- Feel and demonstrate accountability and responsibility
- Work to ensure that customer satisfaction is always our highest priority
- Should have minimum 3-4 years of experience
- Good communication skills
- MUST BE WILLING to work in shifts 24×7, including weekend and holidays
