Provide reports of critical actionable insight based on research findings to stakeholders;

Conduct competitive research or analyze a product’s features and functions to identify any required improvements;
Minimize risk for business by ensuring a successful product launch;
Execute product research to provide inputs throughout the product development process;
Conduct product evaluation research, employing both qualitative and quantitative methods;
Understand business objectives and designing surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences.

Experienced seller/merchant on Indonesia top e-commerce platforms (preferably Tokopedia, Shopee, BL);
Deep understanding & practical knowledge in various e-commerce and social commerce platform;
Experienced in market analysis;
Subject matter expertise in a particular product or market;
Deep understanding of consumer/market behavior;
Proven research skill;
Excellent writing skills;
Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills;
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
