Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Executive Secretary:

  • Word processing and filing: organizing and maintaining information
  • Multitasking and ability to prioritaze tasks to ensue most urgent are performed first
  • Ability to prepare document for pre-qualification Tender or Tender specialist
  • Assist executives in managing their time for meetings, travel etc.
  • Managing personal errands of board of Directors
  • Answer Incoming phone calls for executives
  • Organizing meetings
  • Drafting letters in English and proofreading for grammar/ punctuation/ spelling
  • Preparing proposals, letters & presentations in English
  • Ability to do simple marketing

Syarat Pekerjaan

Executive Secretary:

  • Female, max age 40 years old
  • Minimum D3 from reputable secretarial academy
  • Have minimum 1 year experiences as a Secretary
  • Prefer art least to have a Shipping/ Oil & Gas work experience
  • Must at least have a Tender Preparation background
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to speak and write Mandarin is preferable
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Smart, independent, highly self motivated person, good attitude & teamwork, good communication
  • Will be stationed in Central and North Jakarta area

Accounting Assistant & HR:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university, Accountant degree is preferable
    Min. 1 year experience in Finance & Accounting fielad, preferable having experience in Shipping or Logistics company
  • Min. 1 year experience in HR
  • Having knowledge in MYOB (or equivalent) Accounting Software
  • Having knowledge in Taxes (PPh, PPN, Audit)
  • Having knowledge in employee procedure (Jamsostek, income tax, etc)
  • Having experinece in handling General Ledger
  • Willing to work with minimum supervision, good team work, ability to work under pressure, self motivation and flexible to work within a group or individual
  • Good filing system
  • Good communication skill
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
