Job descriptions:

  • Monitor daily operations process, ensure it is running smoothly in order to meet service commitment and customer requirements
  • Conduct and guide the development and implementation of operational strategies, in order to improve the effectiveness and productivity on customer service
  • Research and analyze each situation thoroughly, to ensure information to the customer is accurate, complete, and timely
  • Identify operational issues and propose for improvement, in order to ensure company refinement
  • Monitor overall responsibility of team composition in CS team, in order to ensure each personnel’s work productivity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder, from any majors
  • Has experience in managing CS team as Supervisor for min. 3 years
  • Possess strong communication skills in email, face-to-face conversation and calls
  • Strong problem solving skills and logical thinking
  • Good leadership skills, driven and motivated
