Job Description

  • Contact sellers and educate them on a various Shopee topics
  • Increase sellers’ activeness and knowledge about Shopee through our program
  • Increase seller’s operational and sales performance through our program
  • Responsible for managing relationship with sellers after acquisition including supporting the onboarding
  • and incubation process for these sellers
  • Manage and resolve sellers related inquiries, issues, and escalations

Minimum Qualification

  • At least hold Bachelor Degree from any major from reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good knowledge and good passion in E-commerce industry
  • Have a great interpersonal and communication skill
  • Able to join immediately
