Job Description:
- Project-based role focusing on driving performance of assigned sellers across categories.
- Responsible to initiate and plan joint business plan across categories.
- Lead the project by analyze and set performance target from the joint business plan.
- Work closely with data to track and monitor the performance from the agreed business plan target set.
- analyze and initiate joint business plan across categories and forecast
- Act as E-commerce consultant to suggest campaign and unique promotion to boost promotion.
Requirements:
- At least Degree holder from reputable University
- Has at least 2 years of working experience in Ecommerce industry or management consulting firm
- Good communication skill with prior project management experience
- Strong leadership skill, a proactive individual with strong sense of accomplishment
- Highly developed written, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Highly developed research and analysis skills with high level of attention to details
- Exceptional sense of ownership in prioritizing high workload, to multitask and to meet deadlines
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and independently to meet individual performance goals while being a part of a team
- Experience from e-commerce and FMCG/Retail company is preferred
