We are looking for an experienced Head of Creative to provide our creative team with guidance in producing new ideas and strategies for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications. You will devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and will monitor its progress. You will be able to implement your creative vision by evaluating trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.

Your Success Day:
- Plan company advertisements, monitoring brand campaigns, revising presentations, and shaping brand standards;
- Work closely with the brand team to produce new ideas and strategies for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications;
- Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques;
- Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions;
- Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand-appropriate;
- Supervise the department’s daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets;
- Conceive and implementing concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion;
- Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams;
- Actively involved in hiring and training creative staff.
