Responsible for the acquisition and management of tiket.com partners in Attraction category, including filling and managing all required partners record information in both hard and soft copies
Ensure each partner and products onboard are trackable
Communicate with corresponding partners on the product live status to ensure partners are constantly updated
Ensure lifetime accuracy of products information in the system, be the main contact point with partners in settling down system issues encountered during the product launch phase
Bridging communication on inventory data and information accuracy to all related stakeholders, ensuring the data integrity and accuracy is properly reflected and actively involved in resolving all of the partner’s inquiries related to supplier platform system
Understand the product industry and its trends, including and not limited to competitor analysis and business ecosystem scanning
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any major, from top local or overseas universities is preferred 5+ years of relevant work experience in business development and market management in reputable e-commerce/banking/ tourism/ online travel agent business is preferred
Fluent in written and spoken English; or other regional language skills are required
Ability to create and manage team to performance targets and willingness to visit partners and work outside the office
Commercial focus, results oriented, and excellent communication & reporting skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong intuitions of tourism industry players
A strong drive to make things happen and ability to influence
Love to travel and tech savvy would be an advantage
