Job Description
- Liaise with regional team regularly on product development and operational strategy to ensure its aligned with local conditions and needs
- Plan, execute, and analyze quarterly strategy and focus to improve the performance of all main metrics
- Create monthly planning on for homepage recommendation operation based on business priority on category level
- Delivering comprehensive report & key take away to category team & management team to decide the next strategy to be take
- Collaborate on day to day basis with local Commercial team (Category and Business Ops) on operational tasks
- Work together with outsourcing team to reach manual & tedious work’s target
Job Requirements - Minimum 3 years of working experience in a fast-paced environment i.e. tech start-ups, consulting, investment banking
- Demonstrated strong professional presence and relationship management skills, experience in communicating to internal & external stakeholders across all level
- Strong and objective analytical acumen, comfortable in generating and evaluating metrics, forecasts, and analysis
- Good capability in leading multiple initiatives with good project management skills across departments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral skills, strong organizational communication skills in English
- Good at MS Excel and good capability on wider MS Office suite. SQL skill would be a plus
