Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Executive Secretary:
- Word processing and filing: organizing and maintaining information
- Multitasking and ability to prioritaze tasks to ensue most urgent are performed first
- Ability to prepare document for pre-qualification Tender or Tender specialist
- Assist executives in managing their time for meetings, travel etc.
- Managing personal errands of board of Directors
- Answer Incoming phone calls for executives
- Organizing meetings
- Drafting letters in English and proofreading for grammar/ punctuation/ spelling
- Preparing proposals, letters & presentations in English
- Ability to do simple marketing
Accounting Assistant & HR:
- Able to do accounting job and taxation
- Recruiting and staffing logistics
- Organizational and space planning
- Performance management and improvement systems

Syarat Pekerjaan
Executive Secretary:
- Female, max age 40 years old
- Minimum D3 from reputable secretarial academy
- Have minimum 1 year experiences as a Secretary
- Prefer art least to have a Shipping/ Oil & Gas work experience
- Must at least have a Tender Preparation background
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Able to speak and write Mandarin is preferable
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Smart, independent, highly self motivated person, good attitude & teamwork, good communication
- Will be stationed in Central and North Jakarta area
Accounting Assistant & HR:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university, Accountant degree is preferable
Min. 1 year experience in Finance & Accounting fielad, preferable having experience in Shipping or Logistics company - Min. 1 year experience in HR
- Having knowledge in MYOB (or equivalent) Accounting Software
- Having knowledge in Taxes (PPh, PPN, Audit)
- Having knowledge in employee procedure (Jamsostek, income tax, etc)
- Having experinece in handling General Ledger
- Willing to work with minimum supervision, good team work, ability to work under pressure, self motivation and flexible to work within a group or individual
- Good filing system
- Good communication skill
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
