Description

We are looking for a qualified Senior Digital Product to join our Digital team. You will responsible of the customization of the local website and contents publishing on owned channels including B2B and B2C. You will also be responsible in supporting manager on driving online sales for B2C eCommerce and will be working very closely with the Content team, Commercial, Science and Innovation teams and local teams (Digital Media, Content Management, Community Management and Commercial). You will apply the global eCommerce strategy and make adaptation. This includes localizing the product/ service catalogue, managing the on site content and monitor the online sales activities and transactions.

Key duties

  • Customize the local websites leveraging pre-configured templates and according to legal & cultural restrictions
  • Publish updates on local news, events, loyalty programs, brand information, educational modules, etc. on owned channels B2C & B2B, and maintain local store finder
  • Collaborate with external publishing agencies
  • Adapt the global eCommerce strategy to your market in respect to local requirements aligned with local Commercial and OC objectives
  • Ensure consistent and accurate product/ service range and information on e-shop
  • Ensure that relevant assets (e.g., banner, product image) are created and uploaded
  • Execute local promotions and enable redemption of coupons
  • Updating local product/ service catalogue (e.g., setting of local pricing within corridor defined by Science and Innovation team S&I, localization of product/ service descriptions)
  • Monitor the online sales activities and transactions (e.g., orders, fulfilment, payment, invoicing, returns/refunds)
  • Work with local partners on relevant integrations (e.g., payment, age verification, delivery)
  • In collaboration with the SEO role adapt site (incl. mobile version) discovery and purchase experience depending on customer segments relevant in market and handover any task related to publishing
  • Analyze online experience and recommend improvements to enhance customer journey and drive growth
  • Improve on-site accessibility and ensure the eCommerce platform is operational and well adopted
    of all key metrics and monitor all vendor service level agreement to ensure optimal quality of services to customer
  • Maintains digital retail footprint by ensuring Google My Business Center and other local directories have the latest retail store, kiosk and store within store updates

Skills and competencies

  • Capable to work with Digital Asset Management , Content Management System and Google solutions
  • Good Knowledge on UI /UX
  • Good knowledge of consumer respective culture and behaviors
  • Well organized and highly structured individual, with ability to give attention to detail
  • Capable in Order Management Systems, eCommerce, ,analytics reports of online sales
  • Solid experience with catalogue management, PIM (i.e., to localize product/ service catalogue) and custom pricing
  • Knowledge of modern eCommerce technology landscape
  • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media
  • Understanding of internal control processes, governance, finance and tax
  • Strong knowledge of market culture, online customers behavior, online and data trends
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment
