Job Description

  1. Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of customer service operation in DOP
  2. Assisting customer service staff with duties where required.
  3. Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
  4. Monitoring and authenticating returns, exchanges and voids.
  5. Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
  6. Assisting with development and implementation of service policies, and explaining these to staff and customers.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  3. Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
  4. Proficient computer skills.
  5. Proficient standard office equipment skills.
  6. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Strong people skills.
  8. Excellent phone etiquette.
  9. Outstanding organizational skills.
