We’re looking for a Research Specialist to calibrating & clarifying user expectations regarding the depth & scope of analysis contained. As a Research Specialist, you will be researching, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data related to markets, operations, finance/accounting, economics, customers, and other information related to the project they are worked in. Furthermore, you will keep up-to-date knowledge of the field and related subjects being researched.

Your Success Day:

Perform tailored data research in close cooperation with users and fulfill business objective & research requirements;
Together with users, identify and understand core issues and convert it to research case;
Coordinate with users: unit leaders, officers and subject representatives thorough the project to ensure continuous alignment on the scope of the research & deliverables;
Checking and validating all requirements to proceed through research;
Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods;
Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization & improvement;
Developing reports and research documentation (either standard or ad-hoc report);
Document & organize all data and research procedures, including store them for future research projects.

What we expect:

  • A minimum of 2 year of experience in the research field;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Able to perform statistical analysis;
  • Experience collecting, interpreting and organizing data;
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities;
  • Experience with various research method;
  • Expertise with various data analysis & number processing tools;
  • Ability to prepare extensive reports and present findings in a meaningful & simple way;
  • Ability to keep sensitive business financial information confidential;
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
