Job Description
SehatQ is looking for a smart, passionate candidate to fill a key position within our marketing organization. As our Marketing & Communication Specialist, the candidate will focus on developing, executing and improving marketing & communications activities for SehatQ. He/she will be the point person for the platform’s off-line activations, outreach and community partnership development activities, as well as public relations and branding campaigns. Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist Marketing Manager in developing Marketing roadmap for SehatQ
- Coordinate and execute marketing activities as per the agreed roadmap & strategy
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to strategic brand-partners outreach and relationship management
- Develop and maintain a community following for SehatQ, including through community event roadshows, therefore strengthening SehatQ’s brand loyalty in their target market
- Develop relationships with media channels (especially digital) for the purposes of PR and branding, which will include media gatherings and media events
Key Qualification
- Min bachelor’s degree with a preference in Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Four (4) or more years of experience in a combination of the following areas: Marketing/Digital Marketing, PR, Communications, etc.
- A proven marketing veteran, with hands-on experience in creating innovative activation events and executing them, managing SPGs and ATL/BTL campaigns that have product-market fit
- Experience in developing a full-fledged marketing strategy for a brand/company
- Structured and analytical – able to develop a logical framework and apply to a wide range of activities, from customer development, to product adoption, to sales processes
- Ability to work well with colleagues from different functions, especially with content, engineering and product teams
- Experience in engaging with & managing agencies to execute off-line activities
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
