Tim Operasional mencakup proses dari awal hingga akhir, mulai dari saat Pembeli mencari produk di Shopee, hingga saat Pembeli menerima produk. Tim ini menganalisis & memantau Indikator Kinerja Utama & melakukan analisis jika performa operasional mengalami fluktuasi. Tim ini terdiri dari Customer Service, Pembayaran, Listings, Warehouse, Pengiriman, Operasional Penjual, dan Fraud.

Job Description:

  • Supervise and score the work of content agents in screening
  • Provide reports related with quality score of all agents on an ongoing basis (weekly, monthly)
  • Do problem solving to any cases related to screening
  • Do QA calibration and monitor closely agents who are under-performed

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and has strong analytical skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic targets
  • Has good communication skills
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
