Monitor daily operations process, ensure it is running smoothly in order to meet service commitment and customer requirements
Conduct and guide the development and implementation of operational strategies, in order to improve the effectiveness and productivity on customer service
Research and analyze each situation thoroughly, to ensure information to the customer is accurate, complete, and timely
Identify operational issues and propose for improvement, in order to ensure company refinement
Monitor overall responsibility of team composition in CS team, in order to ensure each personnel’s work productivity
Requirements:
Bachelor degree holder, from any majors
Has experience in managing CS team as Supervisor for min. 3 years
Possess strong communication skills in email, face-to-face conversation and calls
Strong problem solving skills and logical thinking
